My Dad at Osprey Wood Designs was commissioned by a bride to create a wood wine box for her upcoming wedding ceremony in Hawaii. Along with a bottle of their favorite wine, the bride and groom will include handwritten love letters to each other in this beautifully handcrafted Ceremonial Time Capsule.

DIY: Body Harness With Breast Plate
While this isn't the first harness I've made it's definitely my favorite. Larger gauge chain is the way to go. And two sets of needle nose plyers makes all the difference when spreading the jump rings. Fortunately this one fits perfectly over my head and shoulders so there's no need for clasps.

DIY: Planting Lavender
We finally got our two varieties of lavender in the ground this afternoon. After removing the weeds from the area we covered it with newspaper in hopes that it will help keep the weeds from coming back up. We then covered the entire area with mulch. It looks so much better!
