Running: Same Distance, Different Hood
Went running over in Santa Monica in the old hood this afternoon. It felt good to be back. It's a fun route with a few long gradual inclines which always makes me work a little harder in order to keep up my pace. Tonight's stellar sunset reminded me why this area is called Sunset Park! I got an early start today so it was still light out as I ran East but once I turned and started heading West the sun was a huge glowing ball of deep orange very low in the beautiful blue sky. Good stuff!
