Running: That's More Like It!


Okay, maybe not as fast as I'd like but it was definitely nice to wake up early and get my ass into the gym!  I feel best about my workouts when I'm able to eke out 5 or more miles.  NOT an easy thing to do on a treadmill!  Thank GOD they had The Hills on one of the screens.  That alone got me through a good 30 minutes.
