I don't have the tutorial up but here's what you need...
I purchased the hanging glass candle holders from CB2 ($3.95/each): http://www.cb2.com/family.aspx?c=585&f=2447
Tillandsias/Air plants are from Rainforest Flora in Torrance & Etsy (~$6.00 each): http://www.rainforestflora.com/index.php
Then just add some twine to hang them in a cluster! Be sure not to hang them in direct sunlight but plenty of indirect sunlight is important.
I water my plants once a week by soaking them in a big mason jar for about 10 minutes. To avoid rot I let them completely air out before putting them back into their holders.
