Last night we stopped in at Glenn & Vallier's house for cocktails and appetizers before hitting up the
Buff Monster opening at
Corey Helford Gallery! Vallier treated us to THE MOST DELICIOUS piƱa coladas with rum recently brought back from Nicaragua. To add the the mix, Mike and I threw together these super easy Caprese skewers (cherry tomato, basil & fresh mozzarella) drizzled with EEOO and balsamic vinegar.
