Actually, this is only half of what came in the box this week (minus the beets). Lots of squash! Internet, what in the world is that white thing? Can anyone name that squash?

    Well bless your little pea-pickin' heart Sandra! I thought I recognized that thing but couldn't remember the name. Yep, my Aunt Tookie used to grow & cook them - coated the slices in egg & cornmeal then fried. Thanks for the great memories ladies :)
