365 days ago today my life changed for the better....a spark ignited fueled by endless possibilities. It amazes me how quickly this year has gone by. I cherish every moment Farilla and I have shared together nonetheless.

Today, on our one year anniversary, we celebrate "Us"! We'll celebrate the endless laughter and happiness which often brings me to tears, the commitment we've made to one another, the trust that bonds us together, our friendship which blossomed eight years ago last week and the love that fuels our inner fire.

Thank you, My Love, for your partnership. Wow...what a team we make! You completely blow my mind with the level of commitment you have to Us. There is no doubt that we'll continue to accomplish the many goals and dreams we've set together.

You are my one.

Last Saturday Farilla took me to my first Dead concert. He's a big fan of the Grateful Dead and I'm Farilla's biggest fan so it all works out. As soon as the show ended (11:30pm'ish) we hopped in the car and set off for Granite Pass. Sunday marked the 1 year anniversary of Team Limmie-ization. Not even The Dead could keep us from this momentous celebration! A couple of stops and one complete freeway closure later we arrived at The Pass. It must have been about 4am by the time my feet actually hit the dance floor. Thank you, My Love, for getting us there safely! We danced until the first sign of day break. Then, those who were still awake converged on The Church to watch the sunrise together just as Jimmoi & Lizziebot did 52 weeks earlier...

Happy Spectacular Spectacular, Jimmy! It was such a treat to be a part of the many chapters that went into your celebration. And what a celebration, indeed! It's hard to believe that only two short months ago, while driving back from Granite Pass, you told me you hadn't put much thought into how we were going to ring in your New Year. My how quickly things can change...and for the better! MAD LOVE to You, L-bot, Commander, our Musical Magicians and the MANY, MANY Jubilee participants who came out to show their love & support!

I shot this photo about a year ago (in Seattle's Olympic Sculpture Park) and what a difference a year makes, eh?!  You're preggers AGAIN!  And you live in, yet, another new town.  Pretty soon I'm going to start placing bets on which thing you'll stop doing first...moving or having kids! ;-)

All kidding aside I want to wish you the Happiest of Happy Birthdays.  Love you like crazy, Lady!  Wish I could be there to celebrate with you but with the way you rant and rave about how much you dislike Spokane I think I'll hold off on a visit until you move on to your next destination.

Life: Life 2.5...THANK YOU!

A great big huge THANK YOU is most definitely in order for my Lovers of Love, Dreamers of Dreams, Makers of Magic...THE BELIEVERS...my Friends, my Family... my Tribe! 

Last week Simon said to take one Giant Step FORWARD and trust me when I say he didn't have to tell me twice!  That step forward sent me blazing straight into Life 2.5!  Wow...Life 2.5!  That has a quite a ring to it, doesn't it?!  

After a couple of weeks worth of major self-reinvestment (resulting in a sizable payoff) it finally feels like a large weight of uncertainty has been lifted off my shoulders!  For the first time in way-too-long I've been able to breathe a sigh of serenity!  So I'm writing this today in celebration of the  first day of the rest of my life.  A life of ever-increasing balance.  A life which I'm looking forward to sharing with all of you.  Thank you, as always, for all of the love & support and most of all for believing...believing that IT could be done!  

Stay tuned...stellar things to come!  

Yes, 2008 is definitely going to be GREAT!

Photos: Dance Spot Performance & Photo Show

Last night was the long-awaited DanceSpot at Studio A Dance.  My friend and show Producer, Miss Beth, has been asking me for months to participate in DanceSpot's monthly visual and performing arts collaboration as the featured LaBarre Lounge Artist.  Yes, it's taken a while, but she finally wore me down!  ;-)

It was fun to watch as people perused my images.  The (photo) show favorite was my Projection Triptych taken a coupe of years ago at a Bliss Tribe outing in Granite Pass.  Most people don't really know what to make of that sequence of images.  With good reason...

All-in-all I'm super grateful for the opportunity.   Thanks again, Miss B, for your persistence!  

The night was filled with many stellar performances but honestly it was SO moving to see Beth dance again!  Brava, Lady!  You and Heather did an AMAZING job!  So thrilled that I was able to be a part of your special night. 

I'd especially like to thank all of our friends who came out to support us.  I know I speak for Beth, as well, when I say we love you all and are thankful to have you in our lives!  Your support of our creative ventures means the world to us!
