I'm still working my way through last week's CSA box. Since I'm out of Kale, Spinach & Parsley I decided to make my first green smoothie with Swiss Chard. Trust me when I say this actually tastes much better than it may look. Plus it's super filling.
5-6 Swiss Chard leaves 1 Banana 2 small Fuji Apples 6 Strawberries 3 Celery Stalks 1 Persian Cucumber 1/2 Avocado 2T ground Flax Seed 1c Organic Almond Milk Ginger Mint
