Running: 4 More...
I made the mistake of getting on the machine that was acting up a couple of weeks ago. So silly of me to think the gym folks would actually fix the thing after I complained the first time. I was about 15 minutes into my run with a pace of 6.8mph. Then all of a sudden the machine slows down to 4.5mph. Totally annoying if not dangerous. It did this about 3 times before it decided to just shut down completely. Hmmm, most definitely...not rad!

I must say I was totally impressed with your ability to adapt in the moment and persevere! You jumped ship to the adjacent machine like a cowboy exiting a champion 8 second bull ride! Bravo!
