Oh Darn! Mega-mediocre-coffee-making Starbucks is closing 600 stores. You can see if your favorite hub is on the closure list here. I hope this means that more coffee drinkers will start supporting their local mom & pop coffee shops and cafes!
They're closing the Starbucks on Montana / 7th in Santa Monica.

ReplyDeleteIn my little neighborhood two independents stomped and trompled and killed the Starbucks across the street. Cafe Lladro and Espresso Vivace are always packed with real people whilst the Buckys across the street has all posers. The chatter on the neighborhood blogs is cheers for the indies and jeers for the buckys. In their own home town! Ha!
