We've all heard the saying...but whoever really believes that it never rains in Southern California is smokin' crack. It's been raining down here like crazy.
All of this rain is completely cramping my style. So this afternoon I raced home from the office at the first sign of a break in the weather. I threw on my gear. Synced up my new Nike AMP+ (Thanks J!) with my Nano and Nike+ and was out the door in minutes.
It felt great...so great, in fact, that I achieved my most recent goal of getting my pace under 7 minutes. Mile number one was 7 minutes flat. Both miles two and three were at a 6'46" pace. But seriously, who's counting?! (wink)
Couldn't be happier.
