Running: Rough Morning



I woke up before dawn again this morning and decided to watch the end of the LOST re-run I started last night. Before long it was light enough to head out for a run. With less than 12 hours under my belt since my last workout my body quickly reminded me why I need to take a day off (or, at least more than 12 hours) in between workouts. Well that and the fact that Saturday evening's activities are still haunting my left hip...ouch! But I digress...

I thought I'd finally be able to break 3 miles this AM, however, my body decided otherwise. The main lessons learned after these back to back workouts are that I need to refocus on stretching....and a little (more) patience won't hurt either.
