7:15am- On My Way to The Santa Monica Stairs
7:30am- Arrived at Stairs
8:15am- End Workout
This morning's goal was to get through 8 sets of stairs without puking or passing out. With a little extra motivation from this song I accomplished 10 sets...ALL DOUBLES!
