Cheviot Hills Loop...closing in on 5 miles.
Mile 1: 6'58"
Mile 2: 7'41" (tall steep hill)
Mile 3: 7'22" (long gradual hill)
Mile 4: 7'08"
Finishing Pace: 6'55"
Very tired...lots of running lately. It's been two months since I've started training again (after a 4 month break). On Jan 6th I struggled through 2.28 miles @ a 8'19"/mile pace. Two months later I'm closing in on 5 miles @ a 7'18"/mile pace. I'd be more excited if I wasn't so tired...whisper w00t!
